Shipping

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders.

How long will my order take? About 4 weeks in total. Each Grumpy Grandpa is hand-finished in small batches and quality-checked before he ships (10–14 days), then travels to you with tracked shipping (about 2 weeks). The product page shows your estimated dates.

Will I get tracking? Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy? Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery against damage, defects, or incorrect items. If something's wrong, email rovelshop.store@gmail.com with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

The Grumpy Grandpa Rider

Which size should I choose? Small fits cats and small dogs. Large fits medium and large dogs. The harness straps adjust with buckles for a snug fit.

How does it go on? Grandpa rides on a padded harness. Place it over your pet's back, clip the buckles around the chest and adjust the straps. Always supervise your pet while they wear it.
