Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email rovelshop.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no hassle.

Returns

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, with an email confirmation as soon as it's done.
