We want you to be happy with your Rovel™ gear. Because every order ships brand-new and sealed, we accept returns and issue refunds or free replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What's covered
- Damaged in transit — the bag arrived torn, broken, or with a faulty zipper/buckle/frame.
- Defective — a manufacturing fault such as broken stitching or a strap that fails in normal use.
- Incorrect item — you received the wrong color, size, or product.
What's not covered
Change of mind, ordering the wrong color, and normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Please double-check your color choice before ordering.
How to start a return — 3 simple steps
- Read this policy to confirm your item qualifies (damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Email our support team at rovelshop.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and at least one clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. A photo is required for us to process your claim.
- We respond within 24–48 hours. Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — no cost to you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
